Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in supporting TACUBO’s professional development, advisory and advocacy activities. Your support is critical to our organizational efforts and enhanced programming. Attending as a sponsor provides a unique opportunity to make valuable connections with TACUBO membership which includes chief financial officers and vice presidents and a number of other higher education business professionals.

General Sponsorship for the 2024 Winter or Summer Conferences
$4,000 each or $7,500 for both

Your general sponsorship includes:

  • Three complimentary attendee registrations for the conference(s)
  • Space for an information booth at the conference(s)
  • Sponsorship recognition during the conference(s)
  • Access to conference events

These additional sponsorship opportunities provide greater exposure for your organization and are available exclusively to general sponsors of the same conference:

  • Opening reception sponsorship - $3,000 (1 per conference)
    This sponsor will be the only one recognized at the opening reception. All general sponsors will be recognized during the conference as part of normal activities.
  • Luncheon sponsorship - $1,500 (1 per conference)
    This sponsor will be the only one recognized at the luncheon. All general sponsors will be recognized during the conference as part of normal activities.
  • Golf Tournament sponsorship - $1,000 (3 per Summer conference)
    This includes exclusive participation for two (2) players from three (3) business partners in the golf tournament where they will be paired with participating members.
  • Wi-Fi sponsorship - $1,000 (1 per conference)
    This sponsor will have their logo featured on the slide showing how to access the Wi-Fi in the meeting room. The password will also be set as the sponsor's business name*
    *Restrictions may apply based on password configuration requirements including the use of numbers and/or special symbols.
  • Break sponsorship - $750 (3 per conference)
    Each of these sponsors will be recognized immediately before one of the regularly scheduled breaks.

Please note that due to space limitations at our venues and in an effort to sustain appropriate opportunities for interaction with our membership, we have limited opportunities for sponsorship which are filled on a first come, first served basis starting in September of the year prior to the winter and summer conferences.
